Welcome! The goal of this site is to collect the opinions, ideas, and conversations occuring in the left libertarian community in one place. leftlibertarian.org aims to be the premier location for left libertarian writing and discussion in order to facilitate outreach and education. This site is a project of the Alliance of the Libertarian Left and is sponsored by 6th Density Research and Recording.
Presently, this site serves as an aggregator, which means it consolidates left libertarian content from a variety of blogs, journals, and other sources. Other resources are planned for the future, including a wiki, a forum, and a podcast. If you would like to help with these projects or have others in mind, please contact us.
The key to succeeding is keeping the site relevant to its topic, and to that end leftlibertarian.org welcomes feeds from all left libertarian perspectives. If you are a left libertarian writer, please feel free to submit your blog’s feed for inclusion. Note that if you blog about non-related stuff, we ask that you provide a left libertarian-only feed for the aggregator. You can read more about how to create a custom feed here.
