Docile Americans in sinking cars
Well, here we are again. Another bailout for rich capitalists at the expense of the poor and the exploited. Now, when the US government bailed out banks, I was up in arms, and though this time is no exception, I can only express my absolute amazement in the docility of the American people.
While students in the country of my native tongue are causing absolute chaos for the administrators and politicians, Americans simply sit back and watch their money funnel away into a lost hole.
Now, I’m not entirely sure that the Italian students are completely justified - though I always love when people disrupt the government’s status quo - but at least they’re doing something in response to an unjust reform. Where are these Yankees? Where are the riots? Where’s the uproar?
Wow… Americans are depressing.
